We print one of one larger or special sizes upon request. Please feel free to contact us at info@dieuxedements.com with the subject "SPECIAL SIZE". Please make sure you state 1. What item, 2. what size, 3. where you would like it shipped to and 4. your contact information. Once we receive your request we will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote.

However, in the unfortunate event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Dieux Dements is committed to providing a free replacement or a refund if you notify us within 5 days of product delivery. Please be advised that refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Dieux Dements shall not assume responsibility for and will not offer replacements or refunds in instances where a customer has ordered the wrong size or color. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, you have the option to choose between a replacement at an additional cost or a partial refund. Given the unique printing and individual assembly of each piece, a tolerance of 0.5" is allowed for print placement. Minor variations in print placement within this range will not be considered as defects.

All our canvases are designed to be long-lasting and should resist most scratches, smudges, fingerprints, etc. To maintain their quality, dust canvases with a soft, dry cloth. If your canvas requires deeper cleaning due to damage, a damp cloth can be used.
